Our Achievements

At ZeliRobotics, we don't just supply robots; we design custom automation solutions to address the specific challenges of your production line.

Through this page, we invite you to explore our recent projects and discover how we support our clients in their industrial modernisation. Each achievement illustrates our commitment to combining technological innovation, profitability, and ergonomics.

Robotised Stapling Station
Combining precision and ergonomics

Discover one of our ZeliRobotics automation solutions: a state-of-the-art robotic cell designed for assembling and stapling large panels. This installation showcases our expertise in creating systems where human-machine collaboration optimizes the entire production chain.

A smooth and collaborative process.
Human intervention is focused on high-value tasks without intense physical effort. The operator easily positions the components (frames, battens, panels) in a secure template. Once the area is clear, the industrial robotic arm takes over to perform stapling with millimeter precision and constant speed. .

Our integrated technical innovations:

  • 100% Autonomous Reloading: The station is equipped with an intelligent system. As soon as the tool runs out of staples, the robot automatically moves to its base to refill, ensuring uninterrupted production.

  • Simplified software interface: we have developed an intuitive control interface. Your operators do not need to know how to program a robot: simply enter the panel dimensions and desired spacing on the touchscreen, and the system instantly generates the stapling path.

The direct benefits for your production line:

  • Health and safety: elimination of repetitive, heavy, and vibrating tasks for your teams, drastically reducing the risk of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs).

  • Superior quality: each staple is driven with the same force and to the exact millimeter, ensuring a perfect and consistent finish.

  • Cost management: reduction in consumable usage through the precise calculation of the required number of staples by the software.

  • Hyperflexibility: a rapid production format change that adapts in seconds to your different references.

Collaborative Palletising

Discover another innovation fromZeliRobotics: our mobile palletising station equipped with a collaborative robot (cobot). This solution has been specifically designed to automate your end-of-line packaging while seamlessly integrating into a shared workspace with your teams.

An optimised end-of-line flow, safely
As illustrated in the video, the cobot takes over from operators for the most physical and repetitive task: palletising. Equipped with a vacuum gripper (suction cup system), the robotic arm gently picks up the boxes from the conveyor to stack them with unfailing precision. Meanwhile, operators work in close proximity for packaging and quality control, without any danger.

Our integrated technical innovations:

  • 100% collaborative technology: unlike traditional industrial robots, this cobot is designed to interact with humans. It stops at the slightest unexpected contact, eliminating the need for cumbersome protective cages.

  • Mobile and compact design: Designed to be flexible, this palletizing station can be easily moved and reconfigured to adapt to different production lines according to your activity peaks.

  • Intelligent gripping: the suction gripping tool ensures a firm yet gentle handling, adapting to different box sizes without ever deforming them.

The direct benefits for your supply chain:

  • Eradication of MSDs (Musculoskeletal Disorders):this is the major asset of this unit. Your employees are freed from carrying heavy loads (several tonnes accumulated per day) and from repetitive back twisting.

  • Space Optimisation:the absence of grids and physical safety barriers allows this solution to be integrated even in the most confined workshops.

  • Optimal Shipping Quality:the robot ensures the creation of perfectly straight, stable, and uniform pallets, ready for secure transport.
